    ４時発で鬼首。

    M師匠と一緒に片道二時間ちょいの沢筋を歩く。

    太いミズがワサワサ生えており、育ちすぎたシドケの群生が山盛りであった！

    クマとイノシシの足跡がかなり見え、爆竹が活躍してくれた（苦笑

    夜のお供は「味噌タタキ青唐辛子風味」と「ごまおひたし」
